There are two ways to subscribe:

Each course costs $60 (US). You may call toll free 1-877-324-6873 with your credit card information (MasterCard or Visa). The appropriate workbook will be sent to you via email.

ORDER ONLINE:

If you choose to order the workbooks via our online bookstore you must create a user account . After going through the PAYpal shopping cart you will then be able to download the PDF workbook right to your computer and get to workbook!
